Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. New parts may be returned within 3 calendar days for a full refund. New systems may be returned within 3 calendar days for a full refund less $39 fee. All return must be in original condition and in the original packing with all the manuals/Disk/CD/ & cables;.

2. New systems carry 1-year limited parts and 3-year labor hardware warranty. Notebook/printer/scanner manufacturer warranty only.

3. New parts carry 1-year limited warranty. OEM CPU 60-day. Retail Box CPU/Video card/CD/DVD/RW carry manufacturer warranty only. Any parts with physical damage or burn sign void warranty. Improper installation void warranty & may result in diagnostic charge.

4. Warranty will be carried out either by repair or replacement at the discretion of Ginstar Computers. No on-site service.

5. Absolutely no return on software, printer, scanner, notebook, used system, special order item, labor and close-out merchandises.

6. Returns made after 3 days will subject to 25% restocking fee. Absolutely no return after 30 days! Labor is non-refundable.

7. Sales invoice is required for return or warranty. No exceptions! Any service w/o receipt must be paid in full!$35 for NSF check. 

8. We are not resposible for any typo error in this website.

9. Most CPU price is for OEM, Retail version is available for $6 ~ $15 more.
