HOW TO SEND EMAILS, VIA YOUR SITE

Go to Add Content / Email     create the main email you want to send , use the functions on the tool bar to add links in your mail... Make changes to fonts, add tables etc
 

Save mail content , make sure you are satisfied with the way it looks.

Fill in a message and add emails form a list separated by a comma (no spaces) . It will send to all the emails you place in there one at a time, without all the other addresses showing up on the send block.  The email is a content that was configured especial for an email. It is private and can not be seen by anyone that is not an administrator.

I AM STILL WORKING TO IMPROVE THIS FUNCTION, MY GOAL IS TO MAKE EMAIL MANAGEMENT THE BACK BONE OF THE SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE. IT WILL REQUIRE A BIT OF PROGRAMING TO MAKE THE MODULES OPTIMIZE THE WAY WE HANDLE EMAIL.   

I THINK EMAIL WILL REMAIN THE CHOICE FOR COMMUNICATION FOR BOTH BUSINESS AND PERSONAL USE.
