We’re building an intentional community for people who are ready for change, people tired of the way things are, and eager to live with purpose, independence, and integrity.

Here’s how it works:
You pay rent into a tenant-run nonprofit, not a landlord’s pocket. Rent is $600/month (first and last month due upfront, $1200 total) and never goes up. Together, tenants decide how funds are spent, it’s like paying rent to yourself. Tenants also decide how much future rent will be, so rent can go down. Can't afford $1200?...  we might find a work around for you, but this is first come first serve opportunity, and we are looking for capable individuals.     

What you get to start off with:

• Your own 12x16 private room
• 12-volt fridge, hotplate, and compost toilet
• 200 watts of solar with battery and inverter
• Land for a garden, workshop or more housing 

You’ll join a growing project on 4+ acres with trucks, tools, containers, sheds, and an old farmhouse, all owned by the nonprofit and managed transparently by tenants online through an app.

If you want to get started early, you can camp or live in your vehicle and help build your unit. Your work is recorded and paid. In other words you can work to pay future rent.
